If you are looking for an opportunity to join a growing and expanding company where your dynamic customer service and outstanding technical skills will make a difference, read on.

What you will do as one of our service and support technicians: Make our customers happy! By providing a quality Point of Sale purchase experience.

How you’ll do it:

  • Work with customers and sales staff to meet customers' requirements and deadlines while implementing POS systems
  • Communicate with customers and management regarding schedule changes and project status
  • Travel to client sites, local, national and possible international travel for installations
  • Build and program Maitre’D POS systems
  • Stage and test hardware
  • Program and test databases
  • Provide training for customers in both large and small groups
  • Go on service calls to support of existing Maitre’D POS systems
  • Provide remote helpdesk customer service for new and existing accounts

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Work well under pressure and perform tasks in a fast-paced, changing, and demanding environment
  • Comfortable moving, installing, lifting and working on POS hardware equipment
  • Be a team player
  • Flexible schedule, we work outside of normal scheduled hours as required
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations a plus
  • Working knowledge of POS systems
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
  • Experience with Maitre’D software is considered a big plus
  • Desire to learn
