Turtle Jacks Deploys Maitre'D to Help Better Manage Restaurants

POS Canada, an authorized Maitre'D reseller, has recently installed Maitre’D in 12 Turtle Jacks restaurants in Ontario, Canada. Turtle Jacks chose the Maitre'D POS system to help them manage inventory levels, manage food costs, improve operations and improve cash flow.

Kirk Vines, Information & Technology Manager at Turtle Jacks, states: "By using Maitre'D's ability to review theoretical costing for a weighted sales mix, we can hold our locations more accountable for cost controls by providing them with real-time reports that help them better manage margins and inventory levels. The system also allows us to review opportunities on our existing menu so that when we develop a new menu, we are more informed about pricing structures, menu recipe opportunities, and projecting sales mix for current and future production scheduling."

Turtle Jacks is using Inventory, Labor Management, Electronic Funds Transfer, Accounts Receivable, and the Maitre'D corporate solution to streamline their operations in all of their locations and maximize their return on investment and benefits provided by the system.

Mr. Vines adds: "Maitre’D is an extremely practical integrated software platform that allows our company to centralize the managements of many Back-Office functions while providing accurate real-time reporting, and allowing our managers more time to manage."
