1. Bill Neptune has been in the electronic cash
2. register (“ECR”) and POS industry since 1976.
3. In partnership with Mr. Gillis, Mr. Neptune
4. co-founded Progressive Systems in 1983, a
5. Value Added Reseller (“VAR”) of the
6. Maitre’D software solution. He was
7. also instrumental in the development
8. of the hardware and software for the
9. CVM Color Kitchen Monitor System.
10. He works primarily out of the Seattle
11. office and is heavily involved in
12. troubleshooting and
13. auto communications.
14. Mr. Neptune holds an
15. AA degree in Electronics.
