20. acquisitions. He was previously the CFO for a Master Franchiser
21. for Pizza Hut Restaurants where he oversaw all treasury, budgeting, audit
22. and tax issues.
24. Mr. Shulman holds a Chartered Accountant designation, a Bachelor’s Degree
25. in Commerce from Concordia University as well as a Diploma in Accounting
